Recovery.

I didn't need all those years of therapy.
I didn't need all those pills filled with crap that are supposed to help you cope.
I didn't need to work out and get fit through the exercise of sports.
I didn't need to give EMDR treatment a chance.
I didn't need to be told I'm lazy and I didn't need to be forced to get up and do something.
I didn't need a job supposedly to 'distract' myself from what was going on.
I didn't need a million people around me in order to feel better.
I didn't need to go back to school to get my life back on track.

I needed understanding.
